MHADA Pune Lottery 2023
MHADA Pune lottery scheme 2023 will give 5,990 house units of which 2,998 house units will be given under the ‘First Come First Serve scheme’ & the remaining under ‘Pune Housing 23’. The 3,000 flats are available on a first come first serve basis in Pune, Sangli, Pimpri, and Solapur & across different locations. The registration of this scheme opened on January 06, 2023. The applicants can apply till February 04, 2023. Remember, this scheme is based on the concept of ‘First come first serve’ so without thinking much about it you must apply. The lottery draw is scheduled to take place on February 17, 2023. The MHADA authority has designed this scheme for economically weaker sections (EWS), Low-income groups, Middle-income groups, & high-income groups.

- The minimum age of the applicant should be more than 18 years.
- The applicant should have a domicile in Maharashtra.
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of Maharashtra state.
- The candidates who are applying for a Lower income group flats must have an earning of Rs.25,001 to Rs.50,000 monthly.
- The candidates who are applying for a Middle-income group flat must have an earning of Rs.50,001 to Rs.75,000 monthly.
- The candidates who are applying for a High-income group flat must have an earning of more than Rs.75,000 monthly.
