Via Call Centre

  • Firstly, call on the toll-free number given below 08044554455
  • Then your call will be received by the call center executive.
  • After that request your specified service.
  • The executive will explain the details of the service like documents required, service fees, and other related things.
  • Now confirm with the executive about the service that you want to take.
  • Next, the slot will be booked in your name
  • You will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number of the citizen.
  • You have to share this OTP with Jana Sevaka at the time-of-service delivery.
  • After the booking is confirmed, Jana Sevaka will be assigned to fulfill the service at that particular slot.
  • On the requested date and time, the Jana Sevaka will visit the citizen’s homes.
  • Then share the OTP that you got at the time of the confirmation of the service.
  • After that executive will then assist the citizen in filling out the service application form.
  • Next, the documents needed will be scanned and uploaded.
  • The executive will take the service fee along with the department fee required.
  • The executive will give an acknowledgment slip or acknowledgment tax on your registered mobile number.
  • At last, the executive will deliver the document to the citizen’s home.

  • Firstly, you have to download the Mobile application of the portal.
  • After that, you have to do the login to the portal.
  • Then you have to click on the Jana Sevaka option.
  • You will see the list of services available in the application.
  • After that click on your desired service.
  • The details of the service will be seen on the screen.
  • Next, you have to confirm the service.
  • After that, you will see the available slots on the screen.
  • As per your need, book any of the available slots based.
  • After that, you have to provide OTP to confirm your available slot
  • You have to share OTP with Jana Sevaka at the time-of-service delivery.
  • When the booking will be confirmed then Jana Sevaka will be assigned to fulfill the service at that specific slot.
  • Next, Jana Sevaka will visit the citizen’s homes on the requested date and time.
  • After that share the OTP that you got at the time of the confirmation of the service.
  • Now the executive will help the citizen in filling out the service application form.
  • After filling out the form, the executive will also scan and upload the document required.
  • The executive will take the service fees and the department fee required to avail of the service.
  • Acknowledgment slips or acknowledgment tax on your registered mobile number will be generated.
  • At last, the executive will deliver the document to the house of the citizen.
  • Feedback can be given to the executive.
