HIDCO Lottery 2023:- There is great news for the people as the West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation (HIDCO) inviting online applications for residential plots in the new town of Kolkata. The government of West Bengal come up with a new housing scheme under West Bengal HIDCO Flats Lottery Scheme. There will be 80 cooperative residential plots available for the High-income Groups (HIG) and Middle-Income Groups (MIG) in New Town. The lottery method will be used for the allocation of the plots. Eligibility Criteria for HIDCO Lottery
- An individual who wants to apply should be a permanent citizen of India.
- Applicant should belong to West Bengal state.
- The age of the applicant should be a minimum of 18 years.
- Individuals should keep in mind that they should not own any other property or any other family member should be the owner of any property.
- The family income of individuals of the economically disadvantaged category should be Rs 25,000.
- It is necessary to give government-issued documentation to apply for the plots through HIDCO.
